The advantage of Brushless DC Pump (New magnetic separation pump)
Firstly, The magnetic drive of Magnetic pump belongs to Non-contact torque drive, and it is static sealing, but not dynamic sealing, and then the axis, rotor are separated by the pump body and Spacer Sleeve ,which makes the pump completely no-leakage.
Advantage:
1, the axis is enclosed with static sealing, but not dynamic sealing, which avoids the problem of leaking. It can be submersible and outside installation.
2, No need lubrication and cooling water, low consumption.
3, Low consumption, but high efficiency.
4, the rotor shaft will be skidding on the ceramic axis when over-loaded, which can protect the pump.
Note
1.This pump is centrifugal pump, and can’t vent the air automatically, so it must be submersible installation.(if outside installation, you should make sure it is below the liquid surface.
2. Try to avoid idling, or easily worn-out
3. Try to prevent the hard particle entering the pumps

How to choose the most suitable pump
1、Making sure the working voltage, current, head, and flow. The Max head means the static head where there is no flow and the max height it can pump. If you want some flow at some height, you must choose more higher head than the height you want to pump,(refer to the Head-Flow Curve graph)
2、Making sure the dimension.( threaded interface, the direction and diameter of outlet and inlet)
3、Working environment(temperature, and medium）
4. Other requirements（such as time control, motion control, pressure control, flow control, and speed adjustment）

※Three-phase without hall driver pump can adjust the head and flow by PWM, analog signals and potentiometer. jammed and reverse connection protection is the biggest advantage
